Dr. Marla Ross

Dr. Scott A. B. Collins

Dr. Ross completed her medical education in San Diego, and her dermatology training in Irvine, California. She has been in practice in the Portland area since 1993. Dr. Ross specializes in general medical and surgical dermatology, and sees both adults and children. Dr. Ross also is an expert in cosmetic dermatology and hair restoration surgery. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, The American Board of Dermatology, and the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery.

Dr. Collins completed his medical and dermatologic training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, followed by a surgical dermatology fellowship at Oregon Health Science University. He has been in practice in the Portland area since 1993. Dr. Collins limits his practice to the treatment of skin cancer. He is an expert in Mohs micrographic surgery and cutaneous oncology, is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American College of Mohs Surgery. He is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology.

Dr. Eric Hester

Dr. Hester received his medical degree from the University of Colorado and completed dermatology training at Oregon Health and Science University, serving as Chief Resident. Dr. Hester has extensive research experience in melanoma chemoprevention, medical informatics, and indoor tanning with publications in Science and New England Journal of Medicine. He specializes in general medical and surgical dermatology, seeing both adults and children. Dr. Hester is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology.

Ms. Gifford completed her physician assistant training at Stanford University. She practiced internal medicine and then studied dermatology at the University of California, San Francisco, which lead to a full time practice in dermatology in the Bay area. She joined Dermatology Associates in 2000. She is fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Rasmussen completed her physician assistant training at Chicago Medical School. She practiced general, cosmetic and surgical dermatology in Beverly Hills, California before joining Dermatology Associates in 2003.

Pam King (503-293-7676) has been the medical office manager for Dermatology Associates since its inception. She is available Monday through Thursday and is an excellent contact person for any questions you might have.
